Frequently Asked Question
If your ordered furniture is make to order, the delivery will take approximately 30-45 days. However, if an item is ready to be shipped, the delivery will take 3-5 days within same city and 7-10 days for outstation.
We usually offer customization only in terms of fabric.
If a client has already payed 30% advance payment and the order has been proceeded, cancellation can deduct 25% of the payment in compensation of raw material purchase.
Rehman Furniture does not accept returns of any of purchased items.
If you receive a damaged item, kindly inform the delivery person right away. Our team will evaluate the issue and respond within the specified time frame with a resolution. We will either offer a replacement or take appropriate action to address the issue.
We only offer free installation and fixing if an order is in the same city. For outstation orders, customer needs to pay an additional amount for installation purpose.
